What do I need to do to start the process of working with HCR Permanent Search?
Simply forward a resume to one of our consultants and they will contact you. You can also create a profile at on our Search Jobs page.
What if I am not interested in a certain position when contacted about it? Is it all right to turn it down?
Not every job is going to meet the expectations you have. If you are not interested in exploring a position you are free to decline. We will continue to contact you regarding other positions based on your skills and preferences. Additionally, you can refer us to someone you may know who would be suitable and receive a referral bonus.
How does your referral program work?
We are always looking to further network with you to find out if you may know of someone else who is qualified and/or interested. A referral fee will be paid to you if a referred candidate is placed in the position we contacted you about through HCR.

I’ve submitted my resume online. When can I expect to hear from you?
Your resume will be reviewed within four days by our recruiting team. If they see a fit, they will call immediately. If not your resume will be kept in the database for future consideration for more suitable positions.
You sent in my resume to a client some time ago, but I haven’t been notified of any interviews.
The hiring company may have changed their minds on whether a job is open or not. It’s not uncommon for a job to be open one day, put ‘on hold’ a few days later, then suddenly open up again the next month. Or, the hiring company may have changed their minds about the requirements for the job. We will do our best to get you answers. In the meantime, we will continue to search for the right opportunity for you.
